Welcome to Infinite Yoga
What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing, also helping balance and coordination. Your practice can be a useful complement to other activities you already do or can be a great means of achieving greater activity in its own right.
Help Yourself!
We all have busy hectic times and we want to make changes or improve what we already do. It’s so crucial and beneficial to create some time and space for you. If you are in your best place – it will help others too! You may have noticed that more and more people are interested in improving their mobility and keeping active to benefit their overall wellbeing, reducing stress and keeping healthy.
What to expect in your yoga practice?
Clear guidance and a safe and calm non-judgemental space to learn, restore and/or relax. Groups are small and friendly to suit all abilities. You will learn a practice and yoga possibilities you can take home in your pocket and bring out when you want to. My focus is on a yoga practice that gives you the best possible version of yoga for you. The simplest postures can achieve this quickly and easily. If you are interested in the advanced poses – these are achievable too with modification and practice.
Shirley runs group yoga practices in Crowborough at St John’s Church Hall, Crowborough and at Mark Cross Community Centre, Mark Cross. For full class schedule please check here. Each practice will follow a theme for the week which is advised in advance and will cover all abilities.
